Gabriela commenced a Bachelor of Property Development but deferred her studies after a year to gain some experience within the property sector itself. She started as an assistant property manager for 12 months and progressed to a fully-fledged property manager for the following 2 years.
Gabriela’s passions include being in an industry where she builds relationships with people, and, in all things relating to the property industry. She feels lucky to combine her work together with studying for a Bachelor of Property Economics at QUT.

Libby Rose brings a wealth of experience to her role as Office Manager
With over 20 years’ experience in administration and Customer Relations Libby also holds her Real Estate License which is invaluable for her role in the business.
Originally from the Northern Territory, Libby moved to Brisbane in 2001 to advance her career. Her experience as a Communications Officer and journalistic talent ensures Libby contributes right across the spectrum from management to marketing and social media.
Before joining Premium Residential, Libby worked in residential sales for a couple of years. However, she sees her true calling as a support person for a dynamic team, and the backbone to ensuring the effective day to day running of a busy office.
