Mikki Finlay is a specialist property consultant and Licensed Real Estate Agent with 27 years’ experience in the industry.

With her comprehensive marketing and PR background, Mikki initiated a refreshing new approach to the real estate industry with specific focus on cutting edge marketing and comprehensive commitment to client service.

Mikki’s track record in the premium market is well known. A crucial component of her methodology is the strict limitation placed on the number of properties managed at any one time. Summer has always taken on more responsibility than expected. She has a particular skill in building personal relationships with both her landlords and tenants, and maintains those relationships with a ‘hands-on’ approach. Summer has spent over 20 yrs working in customer relations roles in many different fields, and is passionate about offering an unrivaled service to all clients.

Brooke Louden

Property Manager

Brooke’s career in real estate has focused predominantly within the Property Management sector of the industry, assisting in managing large residential portfolios. She brings not only a proven track record of management skills but the ability to articulate and communicate effectively with people from all walks of life. Brooke has completed a wide range of training throughout her working career including a Diploma of Business. Her positive attitude radiates to all her clients in concert with her excellent interpersonal skills; that will continue to develop and maintain client confidence.

Brooke is a true asset to Premium Residential and will quickly earn the trust of our landlords and tenants through her focused and thorough dedication to her responsibilities as a respected Property Manager.

Katie Culpitt

Property Manager

Joining the team as a Property Manager, Katie brings with her 12 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry. Katie has exceptional customer service as well as excellent time management & organizational skills. She has worked across all areas of the Sales & Property Management industry including Administration, Office Management, Advertising & Marketing, Personal Assistant and the management of rental portfolios.

Katie is well known for her calm nature, reliability, sense of humour and persistence. She is concise & direct when communicating with both landlords and tenants, and has a keen eye for detail which is highly important in the role of Property Manager. Knowing the business from all aspects has allowed Katie to easily build and maintain successful relationships with all her clients.




Garry Godfrey

Business & Accounts Manager

Garry has over 35 years working in the banking, finance and business industry.

Growing up on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Garry’s early career was with the Commonwealth Bank, where he spent 18 years working in Sydney and later, the Gold Coast, in all facets of banking including retail and commercial banking, loans management and finally Branch Manager.

In 2000 Garry established his own Business Management consultancy to assist small business come to terms with the impending GST, and has expanded his services over the years to offer a full range of services to support and foster growth for businesses of any size.

We are pleased to have retained Garry as part of our management team since 2013 and he is responsible for the smooth running of the business and timely payment of all business and landlord expenses.

Garry supports Summer and her team to ensure the property management department is operating efficiently and is well equipped to offer world class service to our owners and tenants.
